SB 95 bans dismemberment abortions, a brutal procedure in which an unborn child is torn limb from limb in the womb.  This procedure is typically used on unborn children that are 3-5 months along in a pregnancy.  There are roughly 600 dismemberment abortions each year in Kansas.
